No benching for a while

I'm going to take a break from any benching for a while. I don't get that pain from dumbbells or from the hammer strength machines, so I think I will stick to them for the duration of my diet at least if not longer. Reverse grip sounds interesting, I might include that at the end of my workouts as well so lighter weights will be effective.
I was beginning to break new ground on my weight/reps with incline benching, but oh well this is for the better.:bigsmile
