the reason why people puke after workout is the same reason people puke after too much beer or pot. its the drop in blood sugar and there are lots of ways to combat this wich i wont list. i eat a handfull of jelly sweets 30mins befofe workout there full of sugar and slow dissolving. i dont think puking should be a measurement for a good workout, if your puking your ill and if your ill whilst working out your badly prepared.
