Loved those articles big time. I always thought that all the different stances in squatting was useless unless it was your natural stance to begin with. I have seen higher incidents of injuries doing wide stances and narrow stances rather than doing what is natural. I still like to have toe pointing variations in calf routines though, but that doesn't affect the femur like squatting.
