ranger workout
another board had a thread about the airforce req you to be able to d 75 no wieght squats got me thinking about this in ranger school you must be able to do 80 push ups in two mins without your hands or feet ever leaving the ground. was wondering if i can still do it. i know it isnt how most of us train but iwas wondering if i can still do it. i encourage others to try i need towate a few days but i will try
