Got my first chance to carb up last Fri & Sat...can't say I really missed it much but I did enjoy it. Anyway, I believe my body has become accustomed to low carb, hi fat and hi protein. My workouts are becoming more intense and I sweat like a stuffed pig within five minutes of doing cardio. It's like I'm in a sauna with all that sweat. Leg training Mon was hard & heavy, like I was'nt even low carbbing but I'll say it again- a lot of sweat.
Stats for 03/19
weight- 267lbs
bf%-14.9%
fat mass-39.7lbs
lean mass-approx 227 lbs (wow gaining muscle)
caloric intake hovers from 3500-2900 calories...hence the slow fat loss...body is accustomed to diet, so in a couple of weeks, I will reduce calories further to accelerate loss but spare muscle tissue.
Anticipating further 2lb loss with a small gain in muscle mass...I'll ride this train until it slows down and then I will drop calories.
