reverse bench anybody?
Do You fellas have any experience with reverse benchpresses?
Any data how the movement affects differently (vs. normal benches)for pecs.
I`ve been doing them for about a year and boy do I like it!
Because of a shoulder(old injury) injury I can`t do normal benches at all(with baby weights perhaps!).
I use about the same weights now with reverseb. than I did with normalb. I have a feeling the rev.b. hits more upper pecs and front delts(and tri`s too).
As mentioned it`s now a favorite movement of mine and I recommend u all to give it a try! Now , please share your experiments with me if anyone happens to use this great movement in chest training!
