A typical weekday is as follows...
4 whole eggs, 4 whites
4 slices of smoked ham
2 slices of cheese
(all made into an omelete cooked with olive oil)
animal pak multivitamin
protein shake w/water 1tsp flax oil
2 cans tuna water packed
1 cup green beans or asparagus
1 tsp flax oil
protein shake w/water & psyllium husk fiber
vitamin E/fish oil capsule
10oz steak either marinated or roast
1 cup spinach or green vegetable
protein shake w/water
ZMA before bed
4 aminos and 4 liver tabs accompanied all meals from Beverly International Nutrition
I will reduce calories by substituting chicken for steak and/or taking flax oil for only one of my shakes...Protein does not get reduced.
My training is twice a day for only 45min-1hr each time...cardio is done in am 30 minutes and pm 4 times a week
