Sorry. Thought I was more direct until I read my own post. Bottom line is that my order (which was very sizeable) was never initially sent. And as I said, I have been doing business with this particular site for over a year, so I assumed they would do the right thing and send it when I contacted them. Initially they claimed it had been sent and seized. For those of you who have been doing this as long as I have and are aware of the customs procedures, you know they send a seizure notification or worse. Neither of these things happened so I knew it was never sent. I contacted the site again and they finally sent a package that was completely destroyed. Funny thing was it was destroyed (smashed) and then wrapped. But the contents were far to small to be my order and these losers were too stupid to ensure every vial was crushed, so what was retrieved I checked and even though most of it was legit (although lower in actual dosage range versus what it carried on its label) it was in substantially smaller amounts than ordered - specifically 2ml vials substituted for 10ml vials. I retrieved less than 1% of my original order. Now, of course they are not answering my e-mails.
Please feel free to post this to any other forum you can find. Again, this was a very large order and this was a company that moved and was at one time legit, but definately isn't now.
