Summer cycle and diet
I am getting ready to start my summer cycle and diet so here it goes.
Cycle:
Deca 600mg/week 1-10
EQ 400mg/week 1-10
Enth 600mg/week 1-10
Prop 100mg/ed wks 1-10
insulin 5iu 4on2off (working up to 10iu)
clomid post cycle
nolva on hand
So now i need diet help. To run insulin I had to adjust my diet and workouts to fit my schedule and still be safe. I work fro 6:00pm to 4:30am and I go to school and sometimes have to work ot.
Diet:
Breakfast (pre-workout)
Shake(2 scoops of whey)
1 cup cottage cheese
1 multi-vitamin
Post workout (post insulin eject)
16 oz skim milk
2 cups no fat yogurt
5g glutamine
5g creatine
Lunch
8oz chicken breast
6 oz mixed veggies
1 slice of ww bread
3 Tbsp salsa
Snack
2 cans tuna
1 banana
Dinner
8oz lean ground beef
6oz vegetables
1/2c brown rice
Snack
4oz turkey breast
avacado to taste
1 slice ww bread
Pre-workout
Shake (2 scoops whey)
1 piece of fruit
Post workout
Shake (post workout 1)
5g glutamine
Training:
Day1 AM
Abs
delts
Day1 PM
Cardio
Chest
Tris
Day2 AM
Back
Traps
Day2 PM
Bis
Forearms
Day3 AM
Legs
Calves
Day 3 PM
Abs
Delts
Day 4,5
off
Should I split it up more. Say 5 days a week. In the afternoon time. My AM is when I get off from work. Advice much appreciated. Sorry so long for my first thread.
