Knee problems
I have some form of runner's knee since last year.
I never had any problems until last summer.
Even afer multiple sets of warming up I can't go over 110 on squat and
that's frustrating me. My max full deep set was on 350 before last summer.
45degree legpress was at 770 and now can't use more then 400 or so.
only after many sets of leg extension I can do that. Warming up with a light
squat or light legpress is impossible, then my knee starts to feel like grinding
immediately just below or very near my knee cap. It suck bigtime.
I use to like doing legs!
Now I am reading about IGF healing properties. Only, I have GH, but I guess that will work too right. Is there anything else any of you can advice me to
get the repair engine running on my knee?
Will injecting GH in my lower quads as near as possible to my kneecap help?
