I'll stack in yohimbine hcl with my EC for competition. I mainly use it to help increase my blood pressure; my blood pressure is pretty low, and gets super low when I'm dieting. The yohimbine helps keep it elevated so I'm not blacking out every time I stand up. I'm not sure how well it helps with fat loss; this year I'm running an experiment and plan to use it for 5-6 months straight; I usually only use it for 1-2 months, and from my research, you need to use it for longer periods than that for fat loss. So, I'll have to get back to you on that. I'll use 15 mgs/day, first thing in the am on an empty stomach, and won't consume carbs for 3-4 hours after taking it. I have to ramp up to the 15 mgs - I can usually start with 10 mgs for a couple days then increase to 15.
This will be stacked with 25 mg ephedrine hcl and 200 mg caffeine. I only add the yohimbine in to my morning stack.
