I use a grip similiar to normal bench. I also do stop-and-go- reverses with a narrower.grip. Somehow I manage to make it feel in my pecs.(some say they can`t feel dips in their chest or tris).
Guess I wouldn`t do reverses without my nagging injury, but plan to do them `till something else goes broke in the pec/ shoulder- area. Yeah, that Anthony Clark did move some serious weight! Wonder where he is now....
