Thanx Mr.x but since I'm slowly taking off the diet, I though a good place to start upping the carbs would be with the post workout meal ?? I'm now trying to achieve 20% cals from carbs (was on 9% when doing the ANPB)
I had a few terrible crashes the past few days in my diet (and I mean TERRIBLE). I guess my brain needs these simple sugars (?) today I feel much better, but the real test is to see how I'm doing in the next few days.
