Meal replacement bars added for extra cals.
i kno eating solid calories like steak are more beneficial than say, weight gainer. but say to add more calories to bulk up could i add a big 100 meal replacement bar to my { 2 cans tuna, spinach, sweet potato } for more total calories at the end of the day..
i noticed that a big 100 is 430 calories for a bar and i got all excited when its only a $1. hard to find that many calories for that cheap.. beats steak. just wondering if it was just as good to bulk up with.
