maybe an easier way to get the red meat down.
Sup everyone. was hoping to get some input on an idea i had. i have a couple of 15 min breaks at work. and when i eat my round steaks that i cook on the grill sunday then throw in the fridge for the week, they are a little tough. and it takes a little longer to eat than say tuna fish out the can. so here was the idea.. Crock pot it!
if i were to crock pot all my round steak for the week to make it tender and easier to cram down in a hurry, would that be a smart way of cooking it. or is it bad to be cooking red meat that way since its cooking in its own grease, so to say.
