hgh taken 45mins pre workout?
a kid i know (20 stone behamoth) reckons if you take hgh on the days you dont train its a waste of time. he takes 4iu 45 mins pre workout and trains three times per week the mans a monster so its hard not to take him seriuosly. is there anything in this, and if so whats the science behind it. i need to have the correct info cos starting a cycle of growth soon and if this therory were true it would massively reduce costs. also what stacks well with hgh? all comments info gratefully recieved.
