I agree with omerta, if you are looking to add calories in such a fashion then go for it. I do however prefer a home-made concotion of a weight gainer. I tend to have a fast metabolism and like to mix ON 100% whey with peanut butter oatmeal and a tsp of olive oil. Surprissingly it tastes great and adds a significant amount of calories ... 600 - 900 depending upon amounts used.
