A few basic questions for experienced IGF-1R3 users
I had a couple of questions I was hoping to have answered. I did as much research as I could do. But, these questions are based more on personal experience as opposed to the science.
0 - Besides what we read about on what to expect (IE increased pumps, throbbing hands, increased appetite, some BF loss, etc) what did you personally experience? (good and bad) and at what dose?
1 - Will IGF-1 LONG R3 hurt my cardio endurance? I need to be able to keep my running endurance intact with the ability to increase (at all times). Is IGF-1 LONG R3 a bad choice for runners? I just need to be able to race 2-miles and be able to train at 3-5 miles every other day.
2 - Since it's noted my appetite will increase and I should intake more carbs, will trying to cut or lose weight (bf) be more of a stricter diet challange? If so, what dieting basics do I need to focus more on? Increasing lean mass is always welcomed.
3 - Is it acceptable to shoot the entire dose SQ at once right before sleeping? I'm looking at the 40-60mcg/ed(or pw) range. I know the preferrence for some is to shoot split doses day/night(pw) into lagging or worked muscle groups. I'm just not the pin cushion others are.
4 - lastly: just to be certain (I already have a good idea), but with AG IGF-1 LONG R3 and .5CC slin pinz, at what tic mark do I want to fill the syringe at? (40mcg). Also, am I good to go or is there anything else I need to do with the AG Guy's IGF-1 LONG R3?
Thanks guys! And, if all is well and I start my cycle, I'll post a seperate log concurrently to chart my progress. :woot
