what if i lift super heavy for 2 reps?
been using 5x5 routine in the gym, with a sixth set of a light weight to failiure at the end of sets, and im well impressed with the increase in strength. question is, if i use a wieght that i can manage 5 sets of 3,2,or even one rep, will this further increase my strength? and what about incease in mass?thanks for reading.
