Rudy seemed to be a good mayor for NYC, but a US President he is not. However, I don't think it matters really. I've said for years, "He who has the most Charisma wins." People may say, "Oh, but how in the hell did Dubya win then?"
Have you ever really tried to stay awake during a full speech by John Kerry or Al "Snnnoooorrrreeee"? One poll done prior to the 2004 election was about who people would rather hang out with and have a beer with. Dubya won that poll hands down. These are just the things that I have observed for many a year. Some people may say, "But how did Richard Nixon win?" Have you ever listened to George McGovern speak? A Cinder Block has more personality that McGovern.
