I'm new
Hey guys...
I been training mma/jiujitsu and thai boxing for 10 years.
When I first started I was 190 lbs (6'4) Now im 260.
I currently run HRT 250 mg Test Cyp a week.
I lift but its not a big part of my training. I do alot of interval training, core work and kettle bell stuff.
Its a pleasure to be here....just trying to find some things and get good advice.
