The pre-digestion claims are to let consumers know that the amino acids have been man-made & extracted from a protien source. When taking AA's; whether it be free-form, bonded, pre-digested, they all can not mimic the true nitrogen influx of a real food source supplementation. Food, & Protein shakes are going to give you the highest quality of an amino acid array. Caplet aminos are lacking the premium concentrations needed for building blocks. L-Glutamine, & a few others are lacking thru oral nutriceuticals. They are also half-lifed, so your amino acid frequency will be quaddrupled if tablets are your choice.
Nothing beats the power of food for optimum amino concentration in the blood. [2-4 25g protein shakes daily is sufficent, as well as lean red meats, fish, poultry, eggs, & legumes ( or/ beans.)
