Quick Question?-Clen Dosage/Timing
I am going to be running 5am on an empty stomach and lifting in the evening 5-6 days a week. 195 pounds w/8.5% BF.
a)Can I take clen right upon awakening 15 minutes before cardio or is there a better time?
b)does the liquid have to be put under the tongue or just drink it?
