I doubt enough would be absorbed to be of any use. And testosterone tastes terrible. Doesn't sound pleasant.
You are still best off injecting it.
It's kind of funny all the folks looking for ways to avoid injects. Really, it's not that big a deal to inject. The first shot will seem scary for a moment, but once you do it you will be amazed how easy that was. Then you will eagerly look forward to all your shots! ;-)
