That is so true. I had some awesome times in the French Quarter from the time I got my license at 15 till about 23 then it turned into a crime ridden dump! Nothing but drug dealers, burglaries, holdups, murders and Transexuals.
It reminds me of Biblical times...it would have been either Sodom or Gamorra!
