Now in the paper today, a guy beat his girlfriend bloody then took his belt off, tied it around her neck and told her she was about to die!!!! Right before she passed out he took the belt off then whipped her with it repeatedly....
Cops found him hiding in the woods and witnesses say that he was giving up but the cops let the dog on his ass anyway. For once I agree with local cops on that call.
