IMO you need to train at least moderate to keep if not all but something. By moderate I mean alternating heavy and light work. Not going after records but heavy enough to stress the muscles . keeping the muscles confused is another good way. use pre exhaustion , slo motion , stop and go reps etc kind of stuff....
If you go heavy on chemical side you must keep that part on or you Žll lose some serious muscle. Vice versa ( natural way) youŽll keep more. Again IMO...
