my diet sucks
hey im 22 years old, 5'11", 152 pounds, two years of workout, and the thing is that i have some fat on the belly area and lats, and i wanna get rid of it, ive been doing several excercises, but nothing seems to work, that makes me think that my diet sucks, what diet should i stick with... is it for cutting?
i just wanna get a good definition, not to much gains
