I might have been a little vague in my description of my training. I said that I have been training seriously for six months however I have been bodybuilding on and off for many years and just now I want to take it to the serious level now that Im retired and have the time to dedicate to it. Most people are baseing their cycle on Testosterone ususal first cyle is Test E 500/mg per week, Inj every 3.5 days x 250/mg=500mg total. Cycle length= usually 10 weeks. Start PCT 14 days after last Inj run PCT for 6 weeks. Gains is around 20 pounds, but thats up to the person. More or less are keepable again depending on the user, and a proper PCT.
