iSteroids - Introducing myself
Hello,
I'm a beginner. I have never used steroids, but I am researching now.
If you have any advice for me regarding my quest for steroid knowledge I hope that this information will help you:
I am Asian, 5'8"ft, 160lbs, 20%bf. I go to the gym 6-days per week. My goal is to become 170lbs, at 9%bf.
My split:
Mondays: Chest & Back
Tuesdays: Biceps/Triceps & Shoulders
Wednesdays: Legs
Thursdays: Chest & Back
Fridays: Biceps/Triceps & Shoulders
Saturdays: Legs
Sundays: Off
On the first two weeks, 3 sets. Next two weeks, 4 sets. Next two weeks 5 sets. Then repeat, but change exercises. I got the base routine from Body Sculpting Bible for Men by Jim Villepigue and Hugo Rivera.
Presently, my supplements are creatine, glutamine, tribulus terrestris, Pro-Lab N-Large 2, and Optimum Nutrition Protein, Myoplex Meal Replacement.
On May 15, 2007, I have been irregularly in the gym for about 3 weeks because I got a bad allergic reaction that sent me to the emergency room. Next, I cannot get serious in the gym again until after June 6th because on this day my wisdom teeth will be removed which means no strenuous activities including weight-lifting for a couple of days after; the procedure requires that I be put under.
That means I can get serious in the gym on June 11th.
Presently, I'm researching testosterone enanthate and cypionate, clomid, and Nolvadex as my very first cycle. And as it turns out this is the defacto cycle recommended by most. However, I wonder if at my size, 500mg/week is appropriate.
