things like squats, jump squats, lunges, explosive leg presses for muscle + power, and then you need to do a lot of plyometric and over speed training. Things like standing in one spot ant trying to jump as high as you can, and running with exagerated steps, trying to jump as far as you can with each step, running down hill, and running with a chute.. do everything as explosivly as possible..
