I've read a few posts here regarding shoulder injuries and the use of igf to help heal them. I have an old shoulder injury (dislocation) which is becoming aggravated by bench-presses--I've been doing rotator cuff excercises but it's become obvious that the connective muscles are still quite weak. My question is this: If I were to inject this shoulder with IGF, where exactly would I inject?---The shoulder seems kinda tricky for injections--lots of interacting bones, muscles, etc. Thanks alot!!:cry
