Hon I'm experienced and I would never touch 100mg of test every 3 days whom ever gave you this advise knows nothing about AAS useage and women....
more then likely w/ proper diet, tra ining hard, ie: lifting heavy/low rep sets you'll put on the muscle you want.....unless you've got these things down and are experienced then and only then after you've educated yourself on the risks women face when using AAS could you even Think about it....
But like JJ said....you can get the results you want w/out the AAS
