Just thought I wopuld introduce myself. A little history I am a 37 yr old male
6,5" 240lbs. around 16% bodyfat. Interested in abs to take me a bit further then I am presently, so I thought I would do some research. Find this forums very usefuland informative. Any thaks for your time see you around.
