Introduction
Hi guys, my name is Leo and I stumbled across this forum whilst researching information regarding anabolics and the types of uses, dosages and people's personal experience using anabolics. Just trying to understand and get my head around how people go abouts their cycle and how they are administered. I have a lot of entry level questions that I would like to ask, as I am very new to all of this and hope to learn from your very own experiences too.
A little about me, I am 23 years of age, working full-time and exercise in my backyard with a home gym. Only 4 days a week as those are the only days I can find time, my diet needs to be looked at by someone who understands dieting more then I do and Im following a workout routine from a book called "Rocco Opedisano Home Gym Guide" or something along that line. And I dont weigh a great deal either, currently trying to gain weight. Used to sit at a constant 60Kg when I was training muay-thai, now I just want to get big and in two months Im now weighing in at 65Kg.
Ill try to post up my diet and work-out plan when I get home tonight.
