well IŽd say if youŽre so in love w them do them as the last move of your chest wout. and try to destroy the chest so badly before you get to push ups you wonŽt be able to do that many reps .... or you can pre exhaust your chest by doing some major pressing move ( incl. bench , flat bench , dips ..) first and wout any rest hammer on w push ups ...the Ronnie coleman way - continous tension . My 2 euros ...
