Thanks for the very warm welcome, ok so first things first without having to start up a new thread in the Diet and Nutrition section I was hoping to get a little feedback about my personal diet for muscle gaining. I am not sure if Im eating too little or not getting enough protein in this diet, I've had a look at some of the diet plans posted in the greatest articles section by Mr. X. As posted in my introduction I work a 8:30 to 5 job, so my lunch diet on weekdays is pretty much what I can find from the local lunch bar + a couple of protein shakes. The question is is this enough?
7:30am: breakfast bar + an up & go breakfast drink
9:30am: Protein shake, usually 2 scoops full plus a lot of milk
12:00pm: Lunch is usually pork and gravy roll, or chicken roll that has pineapples, lettuce, curried egg in it. And a fruit drink.
2:30pm: Protein shake
3:30pm: banana
5:30pm: Dinner, rice and assorted light meats
7:00pm: work out
After that im in bed by 10:30pm, but do feel like I can eat more.
