Thats a really good idea sawa. Here is what I am going to do:
For my Chest I am going to flat bench heavy and hard.
For my arms barbell curl heavy and hard.
For shoulders and back I am going to military press heavy and hard.
For legs I am going to power clean heavy and hard.
For the rest of my exercises I am going to do a circuit as you suggested.
I think a 30 minute morning run is good, however I have to do stairmaster because I am still on winny and my knees and shins kill me when I run because I have 20 extra pounds to carry

The only thing I am worried about is the muscle loss, but I have ordered some clen to hopefully minimize this.
