This is my workout:

Mon: Chest/Biceps
Tue: Legs/Calves
Wed: Tri's/Back
Thur: Rest
Friday: Cardio
Sat: Legs/Calves
Sun: Rest

Mon Tri/Back
Tue: Legs/Calves
Wed: Chest/Bicep
Thur: Cardio
Friday: Rest
Sat: Tri/Back
Sun: rest

As you can see I switch up what days I work out certain body parts. I also switch up the days I rest on except for sundays. Every month I also switch up what body parts I train together. Some months I just train 1 body part per day.

The point is, is not to get bored with your workouts. Also you want to shock your body by keeping things different. Do your best every month to incorporate new excersies. It's amazing how quickly the body can adapt to a certain routine. Some weeks I only lift 3 times per week, some months I workout 4, or 5 times a week.
