Mon - Heavy Hamstrings, Light Quads
Tue - Rest
Wed - Back and Chest
Thur - Rest
Fri - Heavy Quads, Light Hamstrings
Sat - Arms
Sun - Rest
I am now specializing on my legs and back so I give them Priority. Chest and shoulders are easy for me to develop, so 1 day a week is enough. Abs are done every morning for about 3 minutes of roman chair situps and calves take care of themselves with all the walking and rope skipping I do on the mornings.
