How different is training on the gear....
So say Your average joe around here trains 4 days a week. Split routine. Because thats all a non-juicer can do efficiently without having a negative effect on his muscle gain.
So with steroids "souping up" the body, making recovery quicker and enabling it to do things it hasnt done before, surely 4 days just doesnt quite cut it no more?
Ive seen people on here mention training 5-6 times a week. Surely thats a bit excessive though?
