I have never felt faster recovery on gear. There is a 3 step Process for growth. Steroids is only 1/3 of it.
A. Stimulation – Training (load, density, volume etc)
B. Supply (nutrient and protein intake)
C. Signaling (anabolic hormones, testosterone, insulin etc.)
Training stimulates growth, eating supplies material for growth, and various hormones signal growth to occur.
