Decline is a excellent workout to bring you the lower lining of your chest. I prefer dumbells while doing incline, and decline. Pushups and chest dips are a few more excellent chest workouts. You are not wasting your time doing inclines. Most people don't like the postition, and or sudden blood flow to the head.

I dont like those too....but I admit that they are not a waste.
