For me it seems that when I squat and Bench 1 to 2 times per week that I recovery much faster while on gear... when I train squat/bench 2-3 times per week and deadlift it seems that I take "Forever" to recover. The only "DAMN" exercise that slows me down is Deadlifts (still luv 'em)... When my low back is toasted I lose motivation to do squats and so on...
