I actually trained more on gear, 5 days a week. Now I cut back my training to 4 days a week and I am seeing way better results. Overtraining is so easy to do. I also agree with adam because my numbers were getting so ridiculous that there is no way you can train 6 days a week. You body will get so wrecked off of 4 days. Especially if you are hitting the compound exercises really hard.
