Your favorite chocolate meal replacement powder (I use Champion Nutrition Ultra Met) + 2 table spoons (or more) of peanut butter + 1/2 cup (or more) oatmeal + 2 (or more) egg whites.
That's the basis for mine. It comes in around 700 calories though (thus why I added the "or more" options to get you some more calories). If you don't like the chocolate and peanut butter: use a vanilla meal replacement powder, replace the peanut butter with a table spoon of flax oil, then add a banana (should be around 800 calories then).
As far as a gainer shake powder, I like IDS Smart Gainer and Cytosport Muscle Milk Collegiate.
