Full range squats, front squats, hack squats, leg extensions, step ups. The front squats will really focus on the quads. Also with the extensions, try to pause the weight for 2-3 seconds at the top.
I split my leg training between powerlifting and bb on a 3 month rotation. I find that I get a minimal amount of growth during the bb cycles, but that when I switch to the powerlifting cycle the growth is almost immediate. During the pl cycle running September-December last year, my mid-thigh size went from 25" to 27".
