depends on goals
some that want a lot of mass does each bp once/week. I like the endurance and higher volume so I might hit each bp twice a week during some routines. Some that are training for a bb show will often do high volume training and then tone it down when they add some cardio in the mix and they are wanting to drop alot of fat.
