I'll be damned... guess what I've been doing now for 4 days.
Liquid diet with allthewhey protein and natty peanut butter... although I've been using 8oz. of skim milk in each one.
My daily intake is:
~244g prot=976 cals
~86g carbs=344 cals (mainly from sugar in milk)
~126g fats=1134 cals
Total Cal=~2,454
(plan on adding G-plenish 3x's/day)
I have trouble dieting... certain foods just set me off. This has been easy to maintain so far. The natty PB really kills the hunger and taste great.
Mr. X, you think it would be wise to drop the skim milk? It tastes so much better than water.
How do those macronutrient figures look given my stats:
5'10"
215lbs
~13-14bf%
also using t3, going up to 75mcg/day and on 200mg/test/week (might up it to 400mg)
Trying to cut the fat off before ending my cycle/HRT run.
