Started the diet two weeks ago Sunday, weighed in at 218. Todays weight, 208! Basically took last Saturday/Sunday off due to being out of town w/ family (I know thats a poor excuse) and took today off basically for the mental state. Following the diets pretty easy, just seeing co-workers eat regular food and food ads on tv is hard on the mental state, but thats usually just during the first couple days or so. All of that w/o any workouts or cardio, but thats all about to change now w/ my new gym membership!
Thanks Mr. X for the info on the diet, its just what I've been looking for. Anyone else have any result updates? Post them up!!
